Rental Space Options (Sexton presence is required for rental events including setup & cleanup @ $40/hr)

Sanctuary - $500 for up to 4hrs use and $100 per hour for additional time Gathering Room and Library - $300 for up to 4hrs use and $75 per hour for additional time Kitchen - $100 per use

Upon acceptance of your rental request and your security deposit you will be asked to agree to the following:

I will read and agree to abide by the VCW Rental Policies. (see link below)

I understand that the security deposit is required to confirm and hold the reservation.

I agree to make full payment 1 day before the event or cancel 48hrs prior to event

I understand that I am responsible for set-up, clean-up, and returning the space to its original condition.

I agree to pay sexton directly for duration of setup, event and cleanup.

I confirm that this event will not involve political campaigning or political fundraising or political activity of any kind.
